Device management: - Updating and maintaining laptops - Managing inventory (screens, laptops, mice, keyboards, headsets, dongles, USB-C cables, chargers) - Upgrading returned devices - Sorting defective devices - Tracking laptops - Installing necessary software for smooth business operation - Recycling defective equipment - Providing necessary equipment for tele-working employees.
