      I built a fully functional finance/accounting system within two weeks of joining the organization, using Airtable and Xero, that processed 3500+ invoices and distributed all of the donations to more than 220 local businesses with a T+7 day payment schedule. Performed month-end reconciliations, generated financial statements and tax returns, analysed financial data, and created budget and forecast reports to support partnership proposals and fund applications. ----- Phase 1: A team of 100 volunteers gathered c. £1.8 million of public donations and delivered 300,000 plus meals to NHS frontline healthcare workers for free in less than 100 days during the first lockdown of COVID 19 pandemic.
