I have been working with Amy for over a year now and have been highly impressed with her dietary knowledge and physical exercise methodology. She combines the two in just the right increments to give you the personalized weight loss program that is truly tuned for each individual. She has taught me how to help myself lose weight and feel healthier and stronger. My lab work has even improved and my doctor likes that! Currently, she has adjusted my dietary needs to accommodate a back injury I am currently working through so my inactivity doesn't spur on a weight gain. It is almost intuition how she fine tunes my program to give me the optimal effects I see in the mirror every day. I cannot thank her enough for my transformation. I will continue to work on my goals with Amy.
