Recently attending one of Amy's webinar's prompted me to write this. I was pondering how aptly she adjusted her very relationship-driven role to a successful, value-driven socially distance business model. For example, she developed weekly educational programs to connect our internal team with researched, relevant weekly training. One would think she had training on handling a pandemic! There are not enough superlatives to describe her attributes in the traditional business environment. Supporting her in a recruiting role, I witness her commitment to both company and potential candidates. With a demanding travel schedule and a dual role, she pivots daily with a blend of authenticity and conviction, leaving those she interacts with feeling heard and understood while communicating tough decisions at times, procuring the best of the best for our organization.

I have the privilege of knowing Amy since before we graduated from college during which we attended a sales negotiation competition at the Florida State University together. Amy has always been positively energetic, witty, intelligent, driven and impactful. Her work ethic is exceptional, her ideas are innovative and she is a joy to talk to. She is a positive influence in any team she is a part of. Her understanding of the needs of the company or the customers leads her to be a highly successful professional. She is always on top of her game and a natural leader.
