Bio
Cyndi Burnett, Ed.D
Ms. Frazier has an incredible passion and dedication to the field of creativity and leadership. When she was a graduate student, I found her to be independently driven, as well as an excellent team player. As advisor for her final project, I watched her go far beyond the expected norm. In fact, her work was so strong, she was asked to present her project at our annual expert conference. Two years ago, after she graduated with her MSc in Creative Studies, I approached Ms. Frazier about becoming President of the Creative Connections Network (CCN) Board for the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State. I needed a strong leader to revive our alumni network, and I knew that she would be the perfect person. Since this time, Ms. Frazier has created a very dynamic leadership team of seven people for the CCN board. She has been a tremendous leader, thoughtful, reflective and in-tune with what others needed, and at the same time focused on what needed to be done. I am consistently impressed with her motivation and drive and I am confident she will be successful in all endeavors she pursues.

Amy is simply one of the best organizational development and creativity consultants with whom I've ever had the pleasure to work. She is a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who focuses on the desired results and outcomes in designing programs that truly make a difference for her clients. In addition, she has the highest level of integrity, is an excellent communicator, and is an absolute joy to work with.
