  • During my time in working for Teaching Personnel I have been sent to work in various different schools around Newcastle and Gateshead areas mainly. • Some of the schools I have worked in are Walkergate Community Primary School, Colgate Primary School, Christ’s College and Pelton Community Primary School. • During my time at these schools, I have gained confidence in my teaching as I have been given the chance to be a class teacher, Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and a Teaching Assistant (TA). I have also worked in every year group so I have experience in teaching from Nursery to Year 6. • I have also had the opportunity to work in 1-1 support for students with special educational needs and disability and for those who need some extra support in their learning. • Whilst working as a class teacher I have developed in my classroom/behaviour management and time management; I also ensure that I mark any work from the lessons I teach to aid the workload of the class teacher upon return.
