I have had the opportunity of partnering with Amy and DotOrg Solutions on numerous occasions, and I am always grateful that Amy is on my team. Her focus is always directed toward one objective: to provide her clients with viable solutions to their marketing, public relations and communication needs. She is an expert at crafting and analyzing marketing and fundraising strategies, as well as writing meaningful content that gets results. I highly recommend Amy without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of Amy's participation when I was the lead organizer of the Cleveland GiveCamp event one summer weekend in 2010. GiveCamp is a weekend event that provides (for free) new websites and software applications to nonprofit organizations. 2010 was the first time this had been done in Cleveland, and it was big: about 110 volunteers worked on over twenty different projects that weekend. Most of our volunteer workers that weekend were software developers and web designers, but that Friday night we quickly found that many of our beneficiary organizations simply didn't know how to present themselves effectively in writing. We needed someone who could understand an organization's mission and programs, then express them in clear, readable web copy. Then along came Amy Wong. She found me in the crowd, having been prompted by another GiveCamp organizer in advance, and simply said she might be able to help with copywriting. I referred her to a couple of workgroups who seemed most in need, but people talk. By Saturday afternoon "Where's Amy Wong?" had become the informal slogan of GiveCamp. Everyone wanted her help. Amy made several bland and confusing sites interesting and readable. Specifically, Amy wrote significant portions of the website copy for http://www.cogswellhall.org/, http://latinainccleveland.com/, and http://clevelandrows.org/. She consulted extensively on other nonprofit sites we developed that weekend. GiveCamp 2010 was a huge, huge success in Cleveland. Amy Wong's part in that success was unique, visible, and highly appreciated. I was thrilled to have her on our team; you will be, too.

Every day, I think about how our team can help our clients make a difference in the world. As president and founder of Dot Org Solutions, I lead an extraordinary team that is dedicated to the success of the nonprofit sector and the small business community. I consult with leaders, speak to groups about topics relevant to fundraising and marketing initiatives, facilitate sessions to help organizations with their strategy, and develop new services to meet the needs of clients. Ultimately, my goal is for our team to work with clients to take the frustration out of fundraising and make marketing manageable. We help them save time and money by leading their teams and helping them develop solid, goal-driven strategies and plans. We help put those plans into action to ensure resources go farther.
