Amy is extremely detailed oriented, time efficient and creative. She designed my site off of small list of ideas I gave her and transformed them into more than I could have imagined. Throughout the process, Amy was an excellent communicator and timely in meeting deadlines. Even after she finished my design, Amy continued to help me when I needed it.

To Whom It May Concern: I was first introduced to Amy Cluck-McAlister in the spring of 2013. I was referred to her graphic design business, amy is the party, through someone I had met in the blogging world; Amy had actually redesigned her shop’s website and she had such a great experience that she encouraged me to reach out to Amy about my own redesign. I initially approached Amy to work on my blog, Dear Serendipity, and redesign everything, something that I had been contemplating for quite some time. After a great referral from someone who could not have spoken more highly of Amy, we started the process in the fall of 2013. Before the process even began, Amy was so efficient, communicative and professional. She provided me with countless samples of previous work that she had compiled in her portfolio. She worked with me to develop a concept and to draw from other blogs similar to mine to discover what I liked and wanted in my own. Once we got started on the design process, Amy completed mounds of work in what seemed like no time at all. Amy had to not only redesign what my blog looked like, but she also moved my blog from Wordpress.com to the self-hosted Wordpress.org, effortlessly managing all of the behind-the-scenes issues. Amy continually handled everything I threw at her with ease – she knew the answers to all of my questions and she even ended up teaching me about hosting, blogging platforms, SEO and Google Analytics. Amy’s eye for design is impeccable. I would send her extremely vague ideas of fonts, colors and concepts of layouts that I liked; she then took my e-mails from black and white words on a page and made them into a full, dynamic website with so many moving parts. She created custom headers, signatures, pages, a sidebar, links to all of my social media accounts and a fully custom layout for my blog, which I have been told from many people is so unique it
