I was Amy’s manager at RSM UK for nearly 3 years when she joined the Digital Communications team moving over from an internal recruitment role. Amy was a pleasure to work with and manage. She had a steep learning curve having not worked in digital before but she put in a lot of effort into getting up to speed and learning all about the various digital channels, eventually moving up from a coordinator to an executive role. Amy is hard working, supportive to her colleagues and demonstrated a lot of initiative and drive. I think Amy was a great asset to the team and I'm glad we got to work together.
