I worked as production coordinator and producer, looking after many Radio 4 and World Service programmes, and Radio 3 regular strands such as Composers of the Week, Choir and Organ, and producing and coordinating live and pre-recorded classical music concerts. I presented and produced the feature 'Shappi Khorsandi Gets Organised' which broadcast in October 2019, and 'Tracey Dobbs - Images that Last a Lifetime' in Nov 2020, both for BBC Radio 4.I produced a live concert at Bristol’s Colston Hall with violinist Joshua Bell, and concerts at festivals including Bath Mozartfest and the Hay Festival. I produced 5 editions of Radio 3’s strand Composer of the Week on composers including Shostakovich, Elgar and Schubert. I have coordinated projects including the ambitious Women Composers project, rediscovering women composers whose music has been lost to history, and the Laugharne Live festival as part of the BBC’s Dylan Thomas season. I have moved our team from the old Broadcasting House building in Llandaff to the bespoke new BBC Wales building Central Square.
