Shijiazhuang Industrial Pump Co,.ltd is a lead in the slurry pump industry .Our company is currently home to over 400 employees ,working in sales ,researcher and development,production and so forth.Our manufacturing plant spans around 70.000 square meters .So ,we have the staff ,equipment and know how to provide clients with high quality pumps at competitive pricing and very high volume . The vast majority of our products are created and designed in-house.Up to now ,we have obtained over 30 design patents,as well as a multitude of certifications at home and abroad. 1.The casting workshop is equipped with a fully automatic resin and regeneration line ,medium-frequency induction furnaces.It supports a maximum casting capacity of up to 20 tons,and monthly production capacity reaches 600 tons.With the utilization of a complete range of mold base,we can produce a vast variety of large and small industrial pump casting . 2.Our heat treatment furnace features a volume of up to 60 cubic meters.It operates under the fully automatic control of a computer system ,which vastly improves the precision of product components. 3.The machining workshop houses a wide collection of large-and medium-sized lathes which process component in a variety of diameters and heights . 4.The present most advanced material detection device,the direct -reading spectrometer imported from Germany,is used for stokehold and furnace rear test so as to ensure the materials are 100% matching . 5.The assembling department has the domestic most advanced full automatic pump testing station ,automatically generating curves under computer control.The top-class production lines can effectively guarantee the stability of product quality Show less
