Worked on MAHEC’s Community Gardening Initiative by helping create gardening kits for youth in Western North Carolina who do not have easy access to fresh fruits and vegetables, while also working with several nonprofits to help start a program for families in Western North Carolina to help provide access to knowledge and resources to be able to live a healthy lifestyle no matter their background. This project was specifically geared toward children and families who are underserved.
