MI First Election was an event created for the election cycle of 2016, and showcased the climate of the Lansing area in the moments leading up to the presidential election. I was the cinematographer for a short documentary piece that profiled two young voters in the Lansing Area as they pursued their first votes. This short piece premiered at the MI First Election event in Lansing, and then was also screened on WKAR's PBS network for the aftermath period of the election cycle.
