Detailed, ethical, willing, trustworthy, fair, creative and hard-working are just a few words I would use to describe Amy. When working on a project, she is excellent at finding holes in the spec and asking probing questions to ensure the program works as the spec writer intended. Also, she carefully balances the user needs with the desired result and has great pride in the quality of her work which shows in her thorough testing. Amy is a great problem-solver because she listens and programs a creative, complete solution which has saved me frustration and time repeatedly. She is a manager that will go to bat for her staff and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves to help out. Amy plays a key role in our company and I would hate to lose her! In conclusion, I enjoy working with her for many reasons and I don’t think this recommendation even covers all her awesome attributes!
