Amy Tibbo collaborates with me as a Ph.D. student in George Baillie"s lab in Glasgow. Her work on the interaction of the Popeye domain containing 1 (POPDC1) protein with the phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) is rapidly progressing and providing novel insight into the signalling mechanism that the POPDC proteins are involved in. Her recent findings are very exciting and I am sure there is plenty of more to come. Congratulations to Amy for being selected as new Vice Chair for the Gordon Research Seminar.
