I recently met Amy whilst she has been working on setting up the Roffey Place project with Turning Tides. Amy is a kind, lovely and bubbly person who instantly made people feel at ease. Her personality means her excellent management skills shine through, seeming almost effortless for her and she also is far from afraid to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in herself. Roffey Place is an enourmous project and alongside her team, Turning Tides have done a phenomenal job to get it where it is so far! Amy was also fabulous at organising a huge team of volunteers and was great public speaking, her true passion for people and her job really stood out.
