Amy is bright, thoughtful, diligent, patient and smart. All qualities I think everyone should possess but not enough do. I could rely on her to provide outstanding customer service and be confident that the issue she was working on was in good hands. She is a team player and can be relied on to work till the task is accomplished. I would hire her back in a heartbeat.
