The SWCC Shoppe handles all textbook and supply needs for the college. In addition, the SWCC Shoppe offers a variety of gifts, SWCC and Spartan apparel, SWCC souvenirs, and memorabilia. I along with the manager of the SWCC Shoppe are in charge of ordering supplies for all departments at the college in a timely manner. We are a very centralized location for the students as well as the faculty and employees to come and get the latest SWCC gear. We also put baskets together for various fundraising events around our community as well as surrounding communities. Show less

As the First Assistant Manager I was in charge of doing the scheduling for the entire staff several weeks at a time. I was also in charge of interviewing, hiring and training the associates. I processed new freight when time allowed, but was received daily. I liked to network out in the community to get our name out and help potential customers with knowledge of sales and events. Customer service was very important to me and I would go above and beyond when necessary to make a customer happy and return to the store. Show less
