  As the First Assistant Manager I was in charge of doing the scheduling for the entire staff several weeks at a time. I was also in charge of interviewing, hiring and training the associates. I processed new freight when time allowed, but was received daily. I liked to network out in the community to get our name out and help potential customers with knowledge of sales and events. Customer service was very important to me and I would go above and beyond when necessary to make a customer happy and return to the store. Show less
