Overseeing multiple facets of the organization; I am excited to lean in and lead scheduling and logistics for over 3000 mobile blood drives each year and 13 donor collection sites in a rapidly growing and changing business environment; including a group of 200+ healthcare professionals responsible for blood collections in a highly regulated industry. I look forward to developing and partnering with a high-functioning team of leaders to recruit and collect over 200,000 lifesaving donations each year.
