'Cool under pressure, clear communicator' is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Amy. I've had the privilege of working with Amy in her role as project manager for several clients at Silverchair. Amy has worked hard to understand many technical details so that she can effectively explain to clients and set proper expectations. She is an exceptional communicator and especially effective at keeping calm in stressful situations and projecting that to clients. I highly recommend Amy!

Amy came to Rosetta Stone as the first manager of a team that was just forming in a company that was quickly expanding its product portfolio. She helped establish processes and working relationships that were desperately needed. I think they call that bringing order out of chaos. On top of that, Amy was a fierce champion of her direct reports, and it was always nice to know that she had our backs.
