    • Volunteer Teaching Assistant
      • Sep 2021 - Present

Every Saturday morning, I volunteer as a teaching assistant at Oshwal Gujarati and cultural school (south area), and help teach children aged 4-7 Gujarati. During this time I have been able to develop skills such as: Problem solving by detecting leaming gaps and providing solutions to address needs. Teamwork and communication by helping teachers plan new engaging games for the children. Leadership and public speaking through taking over lessons and teaching the children. This virtual work experience at Airbus through SpringPod helped me enrich my interest for aerospace engineering through activities like watching webinars and completing independent tasks: designing my own plane and moon base that faced various scenarios that needed to be overcome. This opportunity helped me to develop my independence, problem solving skills and organisation.
