Helped manage a 90-person vegetable CSA, including all aspects of farming including planning, soil preparation, equipment operation, seeding, transplanting, tending, harvesting, washing, packaging, and distributing produce. Also prepped for and staffed a weekly farmers market. Assisted the livestock manager with taking care of a large number of pigs, chickens, goats, and several horses.
