•Grant Reporting – Responsible for annual reporting to the U.S. Department of Education regarding status of 160 qualified participants. Report on eligibility, grade levels, transfers, withdrawals, GPA’s, and financial aid. •Advising – Provide general advisement to 160 first generation/ low income/ disabled students. Advising includes personal counseling, financial aid advising, academic advising, career counseling, graduate school advising and transfer counseling. Work with students to build resumes and cover letters. •Workshops – Developed and presented workshops on topics such as Debt Management, Time Management, Resume Writing and Note taking Skills. •Technology Coordinator- Responsible for record keeping on all computers and calculators. Liaison to Technology Services for SSS program to keep computer lab at functional level. •Grant Aid Coordinator- Responsible for record keeping of $46,000 of grant aid distributed to participants.
