With a strong Omni-channel strategy, we believe in the power of using multiple channels that perfectly merge and overlap each other to provide their own unique experience. An experience that suits the label, the professionals and, the end consumer. As a Product Manager I am in daily contact with our labels all over the world about the brand positioning in the NL/BE/DE, new products, purchasing, marketing strategies, etc. Besides that, I am responsible for our Ecom and premium retail partners. I translate the information received from our brands to a plan for our country and share this with our team. Questions we keep ourselves busy with are; How are we going to launch new products and brands? What are the needs of our customers? What is the behaviour of the end consumer? What are the latest trends and innovations? In case of new launches we sit down and create an implementation plan for the hairdresser salons and together with our director I will do the same for premium retail and ecom partners. The marketing department is directly under my supervision. Currently we are working hard on the rebranding of The Hairstore to create a solid basis for the future. We also have a couple of new launches and brands we are placing in our market(s) and we want to strengthen our position with existing brands. I manage the team at a strategic level and together we determine the more in-depth details, I really believe in team work and cooperation. For example, we recently started with influencer marketing as a new approach for The Hairstore.
