I currently teach students with special needs in grades kindergarten through third grade. I have been in my current position in the district for over 10 years. Prior to that, I taught in an early childhood special education classroom. In addition to being a teacher in the district, I have served on our leadership team multiple terms and been a mentor for some of the new teachers in our district. My teaching position requires good communication skills with staff and parents. Paperwork, organization, and deadlines are also a large part of my job.
