  As a customer service and technical support representative I am on the front lines helping our customers. I answer incoming calls to our support line, answer online chats, handle email requests, make outgoing calls. During my outgoing calls, I contact current customers to make sure they are happy and getting the most out of their accounts and offer any advice or assistance they may need. I facilitate support tickets between customers and programmers helping each to understand requests, processes, and features. On the phone I make sure to listen to the customer and try to really understand their needs in order to better assist them. Through active listening, asking pointed questions, and looking at their current marketing I am able to develop lasting relationships with our customers by pointing them in the right direction. I also help customers learn the system by walking them through certain features and teaching them how to set up websites, landing pages, blogs, etc. I walk them through anything they may need help with and do so in a patient and thorough way.
