  This internship was focused on health care design and architecture. Working closely with Jana Bee Triplett, I focused on SurgCenter Developments for ambulatory surgery centers. My role was to create construction document sets for six surgery centers around the country. The interns were asked to do a research study for the firm, focusing on the work environment, to develop key trends to better serve GW&’s clients. A white paper and presentation were then developed. Worked with Interior designer Jenn Isom Moran with Isom Collective. My work had an emphasis on use of space, lighting, furniture, wall coverings, flooring, planning, and designing apartments. I worked with Jenn for two summers.
