Amy worked as a Researcher and Interviewer under my supervision during The Times Final Year Student Survey Campaign 2020 in Belfast. She is one of the top-performing interviewers in my team whom I have a very positive impression on her. Amy is a very diligent girl and she managed to hit her target within the first few days of the fieldwork. She has also conducted extra interviews beyond her target and ultimately contributed to the success of the wider team - we are an award-winning team and the FIRST university in the UK to hit its collective team target. This demonstrates that Amy has the ability to utilise her network very effectively and proves that she has a very good teamwork and communication skills. Without her hard work, my team would not have achieved such great success. I wish her every success in her future.
