  - First point of contact for visitors to one of the UK's leading private, contemporary art galleries - integral to this is establishing trust and credibility with the public, artists, clients, press and international galleries in public and private sectors. - Create new client relationships via website, third-party commercial sites, telephone enquiries and meetings. Maintain these relationships through systematic up-keep of client databases and targeted campaigns.- Involved in all stages of sales from initial enquiries to invoicing and coordinating shipping.- Prepare press releases, press images and point of contact for all press enquiries. Responsible for composing and publishing copy online and across social media, maintenance of website and email campaigns. - Co-ordinate and support temporary gallery staff and interns. Deliver introductions to exhibitions for visiting groups when required.- Liaison with external partners such academic institutions with regard to acquisitions and research. I am the Gallery's main point of contact for the Edinburgh Art Festival for delivery of annual festival programme as well being the Gallery's contact for our associated book distribution companies and online art-market service providers. - Represent Gallery at art fairs internationally.
