-My primary role at Scallywags has involved creating and managing a new and exciting pre-school session experience called The Learning Hub. The learning hub aims to promote the independence and skills needed for school, delivering higher level learning in smaller learning groups and engaging the children in fun, challenging, creative sessions that develop both the prime and specific areas of learning. -I also work as a nursery nurse in the preschool room, delivering high quality care and teaching as a key worker. I provide our children with a safe, healthy, loving and stimulating environment for them to develop and grow at their own pace. As an outdoor Forest School nursery I support the children as they develop their confidence and self esteem in a fun and natural environment.
