Fundraising coordinator for Leeds University's largest fundraising event of the year, the RAG Fashion Show. This event had a target of raising £30,000. Role included creative event planning, leading event management, organisation, sourcing finance from local firms, and most importantly the monetisation of these elements. The obsticle of event fundraising in a pandemic meant conceptulising completely new channels for raising money and thinking innovatively. My most rewarding moment of this role was planning and leading the team for the RAG Virtual Christmas Market, a highly profitable and successful event in the year, which focused on bringing the university community's attention to small student-lead businesses.
