Created and executed team work plans and budgets, curated reports, and secured $210,000+ in grant funding. Collaborated with local solar providers in Tanzania to deploy incubator pilot tests in homes of solar customers.Fostered company culture of rapid prototyping for quick progress in design and strategy.
