  I am responsible for retrieving, scanning, uploading and auditing student admission files to ensure the documents are complete and accurate. I also ensure they are entered in a timely manner. I issue and charge student's books. I issue new student's their scrubs and blood pressure kits. I am responsible for working with my Campus Director to facilitate new student Orientation. I do monthly inventory for scrubs, books, and uniforms. I work with Admissions Reps. to ensure all documents need for the admission process are recieved timely. I update all student immunizations and backgroumd checks.

  As a technical Processor for PCH I was responsible for Chart assembly and analysis...I worked with Image now in capturing,naming, and editing patient data. I had 5 years in being a release of information specialist. I was responsible for answering attorney, physicians, insurance company, and WV disability requests. I quality audited patient's protected health information. I overseen the destruction process. I worked with physicians on chart completion. I took courses through Elsevier to obtain my Certified Coding Specialist license in preperation of ICD 10.
