  In my leadership role I have blossomed into a strong leader. I am compassionate, knowledgeable, supportive, and advocate for my staff and the needs of my program. I have taught myself how to use Microsoft excel and been tracking my program data and creating spreadsheets for the past 2.5 years to stay organized and make reporting easier for my program. I am extremely comfortable learning innovative programs, technology and handling tough staff situations with staff. I am a quick learner and a very dedicated employee.   Effectively establish relationships between families and the school. Identify strengths, assist families in setting and reaching goals. Advocate for families and link them to services. Skill building with students and take them in social groups to practice skills. Every Fall for 10 years I served as the Art Director for our annual fund raiser “The Pumpkin Walk”. I created large works of art, organized displays, delegated responsibilities and created over 90 permanent funkins for the event.
