Andrew Sone

Worked with Amy in organizing and designing her company brochures. She was very efficient and always quick to reply back to the proofs and various emails.

Knowledgeable, patient, honest, professional, hard working - these are just a few of the kind words my past clients used to describe me and my services. Hi there, I'm Amy! I work on The Derek McCauley Team - a team of four having over 40 years of combined experience. I like to be hands on with every client I work with - a very important aspect of my full service experience - especially when making a transaction of this size. Honesty, hard work and dedication are the values I proudly work on. I'm a well-respected full-time realtor and am committed to providing top notch customer service with many testimonials from my past clients to attest to this. I feel it's important to know the home you are buying or selling. I know homes inside and out with having experience in building custom homes. This comes in handy for my sellers when putting a value on their home and showcasing the unique features of that home to a potential buyer. For my buyers, it helps with finding a home that is quality built and picking out the homes that have simply applied lipstick. I'm fully dedicated to every client I work with and am always looking at the bigger picture and not the quick buck. My services don't stop once the sold sign goes up – I’m a full-service realtor and am in constant contact with my clients even after the home closes. Whether it's updates on the market, a quick note to wish you happy birthday, or just a brief meet up at Tims to catch up over a cup of coffee, I'm honored to have a client base that I'm connected so closely to (just one of the perks of this career for me!)

Caterpillar Clubhouse is opening their newly built home daycare in Cat Woods this coming January. Full time and part time spots available. I offer a Clean, Bright, homey feeling and safe environment. I allow my children access to my entire home so they feel as comfortable here as they would at their own home. I provide a warm and familiar place to grow. My daily routine consists of circle time, outside play, arts & crafts, and quiet time (Naps). I have First Aid, Clean CPIC, fenced in back yard, Lots of shade to play under on those sunny days, smoke free, our home is a brand new, clean and baby/toddler proofed with lots of toys, arts and activities. Healthy snacks and meals are also provided. About me: I am a mother of two (Daughter will be 3 in March and Son will be 1 in February) I have worked with many children in the past including organizing programs for elementary school kids to promote healthy choices and talk about peer pressures. My goal is to provide a safe place where parents feel comfortable leaving their kids while they are away. I have experienced first hand how hard and nerve racking it can be finding a daycare you trust 100% with your children. I live in the cat woods area on the bus route to Archbishop O'Sullivan Catholic School and waking distance to Cataraqui Woods Elementary School. I would love to meet with you and your little ones and show you around my home. E-mail or call Amy to set up an appointment.
