To assist in the achievement of target growth in the Themis Business Training and Apprenticeship provision by promotion and recruitment activities and to provide administrative support to the Themis team. To assist in raising the profile of the college’s Business Training provision by actively promoting it to employers, public and private sector employer networks, employer organisation, Jobcentre Plus and through internal college events. To liaise closely with key College staff and to assist in maintaining existing employer relationships, generate leads and recruit apprenticeship employers to meet defined targets. To assist in the promotion of Themis using the appropriate media and by working closely with key members of staff from divisions and support services. To contribute to the recruitment process by matching suitable candidates to vacancies, liaising with employers and setting up interviews for candidates. To maintain the Apprenticeship Vacancies online system and website and work closely with The National Apprenticeship Service to maximise employer leads. To provide clerical/secretarial and administrative support to the Themis recruitment and commercial teams. To complete the Apprentice admission process working closely with Divisional Administrators and Student Services. To utilise the College’s Student Management Information Systems to facilitate the organisation of the provision. To maintain records on employer engagement and recruitment activities and supply timely and accurate reports to meet the operational and management needs. To contribute fully as a member of the team, including regular attendance at meetings. To assure full compliance with key policies, notably Equality and Diversity; Health and Safety and Safeguarding Children. To carry out such other duties as the Principal may reasonably require.
