Part of the role was responsible for ensuring that all staff were fully trained in all aspects of Food Hygiene, Food Allergy and Intolerance and Fire, Health, Safety and Disability and Equality issues. Inputting the completion of all training onto the computer system.Completion of monthly reports, collating numerous pieces information from a variety of computer programmes thats had to be input onto one form and sent to head office. Ensuring KPI's were maintained.Additionally I’ve undertaken the role of Guest Relations Manager which I was responsible for the hotel in the absence of Senior Managers and I had to deal with guest complaints, staff shortages in departments and ensuring that their needs were met. At the Co-operative Store in Chaddlewood I was a general assistant, the role consisted of shelf filling when deliveries arrived, as well as being a checkout operator and helping at the customer service desk.This role gave me great experience to build my customer service skills and built my confidence when dealing with customer queries and complaints.
