      At the Co-operative Store in Chaddlewood I was a general assistant, the role consisted of shelf filling when deliveries arrived, as well as being a checkout operator and helping at the customer service desk.This role gave me great experience to build my customer service skills and built my confidence when dealing with customer queries and complaints.
