Amy is a wonderful asset to Delaware County as the Human Resources Director. Her professionalism and cheerful disposition has greatly increased the quality of our work environment. She has taken great strives in updating the personnel procedures, handbook and record keeping including converting many documents and forms to electronic format and providing access through the County's website, as well as starting an employee newsletter. I have worked directly with Amy on the Job Evaluation Committee, a sometimes difficult task that she handles with a high degree of proficiency and equality. I would not hesitate to recommend Amy, she is a wonderful addition and resource to our agency.
