Participated in the re-development, optimization, verification, and validation of the Velogene Rapid VRE (Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus) Identification Kit. Manufactured kit reagents for the clinical trial, assisted QC in testing of components when applicable. Communicated with clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with the clinical trial protocol. Assisted the clinical trial sites to find solutions to problems, analyzed, organized and approved data received from sites and assisted in writing the 510k submission to the FDA (Submission approved spring 2002).
