  CP+R stands for Clinical Prevention and Rehabilitation. Design and deliver bespoke one-to-one exercise prescription, nutritional guidance, and psychological support programmes for clients with various clinical backgrounds to help them to live longer better. Collected, analysed and presented collective data at EuroHeartCare 2018 to a number of nurses and cardiologists.
