Job Duties: Providing excellent customer service & meeting all customer needs, using the till & cash handling, carrying out exchanges. Legal Statutes are key in the workplace due to consumer rights which I can put into practice. Working as part of a team & on my own initiative allows me to work more efficiently and helps me focus on the task at hand. Trained in banking procedures which I carry out every week. Team working has major relevance as working in a company with a large team entails collaboration and effective communication. Taking calls & communicating with other stores if we did not have the product in stock, finding alternative products to accommodate customers. This is relevant to the legal field as I would be communicating with clients and other colleagues. I believe that experience in taking calls is key in this environment. I have responsibility within the company as a key holder. I believe this would help in my career as it demonstrates organisational skills, timekeeping, and integrity. Show less

Job Duties: Interacting and serving customers in a busy shop environment, using the till & cash handling, completing refunds & exchanges. Using tannoy, organising staff breaks & dealing with customer enquires & complaints. Using the telephone for incoming and outgoing calls, multitasking during busy periods to meet targets & deadlines. Within this role I also dealt with resolution of conflict. Each of these skills are transferable to a job role within the legal sector. Job Duties: Helping clients with any concerns, managing client information & data. Answering incoming calls as well as making outgoing calls to clients. Completing bank reconciliations & Tax Returns. Communicating with other employees to keep on top of work & doing Postal runs. I would be of the opinion that several of the duties that I carried out during my time in Kelly’s coincide with some of the duties I would be carrying out in the legal sector. For example, working with clients who raised concerns and assisting to resolve the issue. Client confidentiality is key when working with sensitive information. Show less
