Amy, was and is an experienced BA and manager of BA’s. This does not define who Amy is and what she is capable of. Working with Amy in a complex environment enabled me to observe and experience the breadth of her ability. Her capability to engage and define what stakeholders require against strategic outcomes, manage difficult discussions with all stakeholders in a contentious change initiative are just a glimpse of how she manages situations to deliver the right outcome for the organisation. She is missed for her business acumen but most of all for her ability to help others be better at their roles and be active members of a successful team.

I had the pleasure of working with Amy. Amy brought focus, expertise and nuance in navigating the capturing of business requirements particularly for the CRM & CMS delivery. She was of immense support in putting together the business cases for the corporate digital and IT programme worth more than £10m as well as a new intake and pipeline process.
