Amy has a deep understanding of the community and voluntary sector in the UK, building networks within it, and its motivations to perform, and its drivers for change. She is a great team member, and she also has great technical capability to structure complex datasets and then draw out the lessons from it. She is also an experienced contract manager and motivator, understanding the fine nuances that will unlock and drive performance.
