  As the Coordinator of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Palmer College, I have the opportunity to work with staff, faculty, and administration at each of our three campuses, helping them to collect valuable and meaningful data. I assist in the development of surveys, as well as collecting, processing, analyzing, and reporting data for various areas around the college, ensuring appropriate data management, integrity, and confidentiality along the way.

I managed the department’s work-study students, which gave me experience in hiring, scheduling, overseeing timecards, and work-flow management. I also maintained our departmental budget, which allowed me to create, process, and track all purchase requisitions and budget transfers, and monitor departmental spending.

  As an Office Assistant in Palmer Clinics, I had the pleasure of interacting with students, staff, faculty doctors, and clinic patients. In this role, I greeted patients, scheduled appointments, retrieved and filed patient records, answered multi-line telephones, and processed patient payments.
