Completed national training for Children's Director and Associate Teaching Director roles. Taught and embraced all children in the study (ages 2-12) and addressed the varied needs of families.   Volunteered with caring, can-do attitude in a variety of roles including overseeing over 400 high school students for annual overnight graduation celebration. Duties included leading and staffing a large group of organized volunteers and managing the vendors. Numerous other efforts included collaborating with committee heads for several large scale school events. Also facilitated difficult, sensitive coversations with those of diverse ages and backgrounds to achieve common goals.
