UK Dept Customer Service Assistant
-
Dec 2012 - Jan 2013
My time at JMC was quiet short as I was only temporary for a few weeks while they acquired a new system. At JMC I was a customer service assistant in the UK department among a team of 2 other CSA's and 2 managers. I was responsible ofr booking in collections and delivery of pallets on a constant basis. I used their systems such as Quantum, Contrado (which is a Palletline based system) and also Tuffnells system to enter all jobs that came in to base. It is an extremely busy and well run company and was very beneficial to me as the knowledge I gained about there services and systems can be carried with me throughout my career. Show less
