Bio
Beth Coogan
Amy and I worked together on a groundbreaking, herculean project of revamping how layoffs are handled across the entire global Cisco landscape. She played a critical role in our enablement & change management efforts - designing & executing the GTM strategy for our business leaders, employees and internal HR teams. Within these efforts, she leveraged various different GTM techniques, recognizing at a time of heightened emotions (and peak COVID) that people receive information differently - and she designed & built our strategies around this. She is insightful, quick to connect the dots and one of my most favorite co-workers ever. I'd jump at the chance to work alongside her again!

I had the pleasure of working with Amy as a People Programs Specialist on my team at Confluent. Amy’s ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ensured that projects were completed on time and to a high standard. Amy demonstrated a great deal of flexibility and adaptability in her work, which was critical to our success in navigating changing business needs and priorities. She has a positive attitude and approaches every task with a can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure success. Amy has excellent communication skills and she was able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization. She was quick to identify and resolve any issues that arose and provided valuable insights and feedback. I highly recommend Amy, she would be an asset to any team.
