My key role at Your Holidays is to organise and manage all sales staff and other managers to make sure the correct procedures are taking place. At the end of each month it is my responsibility to make sure HR have the correct information to pay people correctly. I have helped start up a new department within the company which I continue to manage as well training new starters, completing all administrative responsibilities and my continued duties as a sales advisor. I started working at Waitrose part time whilst I continued studies at college. Through my years at I was promoted to weekend supervisor which meant running a department whilst other managers were having days off. I was also selected my colleagues to be a member of Partner Voice which raised issues to higher management within the JL Partnership.
