I manage a primarily first year student Residence Hall with approximately 400 beds. I am responsible for it's daily operations and maintenance as well as overseeing 22 undergraduate staff members. In addition, I conduct judicial hearings for University policy violations and administer sanctions when appropriate. This year I developed a new program titled Live Well. Live Well is a Residential Life Wellness Initiative that seeks to implement health and wellness based programing into the halls and across campus for staff, faculty and students.
