The hypothesis is that home performance requires a major business shift for good companies to integrate. If we can expedite that transition process, the risk to make the shift for contractors will be reduced and increase participation in home performance programs. The pilot: - Provides access to Nationally recognized experts to provide customized mentoring - Includes development of an action plan to help selected contractors achieve goals that align with their business goals and the goals of the home performance program - Gives access to a high level support from Build It Green to maintain the action plan over the course of the year - Includes a commitment from the selected contractors to enhance their participation in the programs in exchange for mentoring support
